Dryland Training Devil’s Elbow Racers are encouraged to begin dryland training for the upcoming ski season. The Alpine Ontario Dryland Website contains excellent resources. You may also wish to seek out suitable training opportunities in your home community. Please watch the Alpine Ontario website for dates and registration details for the Alpine Ontario Sporting Life Fitness Testing that will take place at the York University Track and Field Centre. |
Alpine Ontario Camps There are a number of skills camps available for Nancy Greene and K1 aged racers available from Alpine Ontario this year. These camps are scheduled mid-week so that they don't interfere with the club schedule. Below is the link to the registration page |
